This service is based on the traditional Bazi (Four Pillars of Destiny) symbolic system (including Heavenly Stems, Earthly Branches, and Five Elements). It provides self-insight, decision-making references, and short-term trend guidance within 12 months. As a traditional cultural experience, it is not a scientific prediction tool.

II. Service Scope

(I) Interpretable Topics

2.Bazi-specific topics: Analysis of innate Five Elements structure, phased fortune (e.g., wealth luck, relationship luck), and suggestions for balancing the Five Elements.

(II) Non-Serviceable Scenarios

1.Decision-making topics involving health diagnosis, life- death prediction, medical plans, and financial investments (e.g., stocks, lotteries, loans);

2.Illegal, unethical matters, or inquiries into others' privacy (including checking others' Bazi without consent);

3.Long-term predictions exceeding 12 months, promoting fatalism through Bazi, or using false birth information for improper purposes.

III. Reservation & Preparation Requirements

1.Clients should maintain a focused mindset and avoid booking during emotional fluctuations; inquiries must be specific (e.g., "Can I successfully change jobs within 3 months? ");

2.Adhere to the "one question per divination" principle— no repeated applications for the same question within 1 month;

3.Provide accurate information: Lunar birth date (year, month, day, hour, precise to the two-hour Chinese time period) and place of birth; solar calendar dates must be converted in advance, and ambiguous birth hours should be noted;

4.Disclose special circumstances: Notify in advance if born on a solar term transition day, leap month, or abroad.

IV. Service Process

1.Topic Confirmation: Client explains needs and background; staff verifies compliance with service scope;

2.Bazi Chart Casting: Staff accurately compiles the Four Pillars, Ten Gods, Five Elements distribution, and Great Cycles based on provided birth information;

3.Interpretation & Feedback: Conduct interpretation focusing on the interactions of the Five Elements, characteristics of the Ten Gods, and Great Cycle trends, and provide adjustment suggestions;

4.Result Retention: Clients are advised to record results for future review against actual circumstances.
